Refund Policy

Free trial

Eligible first-time subscribers get 7 days free. Cancel any time before the trial ends from the billing portal and you will not be charged.

Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current month. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months.

Annual plans

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first annual charge for a full refund. After 14 days, annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid year, but are not refunded.

Billing errors

If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge — contact us and we will correct it.

How to cancel or request a refund

Cancel from Billing & subscription in the account menu, or email support@thenuclearpulse.com from the address on your account. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
